How long it takes
Printing takes about 3 to 5 working days. Your book does not exist until you order it, so this is not a warehouse pulling a box off a shelf — it is a book being made.
Delivery then depends on where you are — usually one to two weeks in total. Somewhere well served by post it can be quicker; somewhere remote, or over a busy holiday period, it can be longer.
We email you the moment it is posted, with a tracking link when the courier provides one.

Every one of these has been checked by pricing a real delivery to a real address in it, rather than copied from a list — so if your country is here, the checkout will work.
If yours is missing, please ask. Our printer reaches further than this, and a few countries are left off only because they need paperwork we do not yet collect — a tax number for the recipient, in most cases. Asking is what gets one added.
What delivery costs
It depends on where you are, so we do not guess. At checkout you enter your address and get the real figure before you pay — not an estimate, and never a surprise afterwards.
You will see the book and the delivery priced separately, and the total is what PayPal charges. Prices are in US dollars.
Customs and import duty
Usually there is none, and this is the reason: your book is printed in the region it is posted to. A book going to a British address is printed in Britain, one going to Germany is printed in Europe. For most orders the parcel never crosses a border, so there is nothing to declare and no duty to pay.
Where a parcel does cross a border, any import duty, VAT or handling fee charged on arrival is set by your own country and is payable by you. We cannot calculate it in advance or pay it on your behalf. It is not included in the price you see at checkout.
Our prices do not include any local sales tax or VAT of your country. If you need a receipt showing what you paid, email us and we will send one.
Getting the address right
- Check it before you pay. Once the book is with the printer the address travels with it and cannot be changed.
- If you spot a mistake immediately, email us — if the printer has not started, we can still stop it.
- A phone number is required because couriers ask for one, and a parcel without one is more likely to come back.
If it does not arrive
Tell us and we will chase it. If it cannot be found we will reprint and repost it, or refund you — see refunds and reprints.
